And it is really sweet! 

It one of the rarest cultivars in the world as it is very difficult to produce.  This coffee varietal grows with about 66% less caffeine than a regular arabica coffee.  Caffeine is the natural plant's defense against insects, so producers stop growing it and almost became extinct.
