Yellow Honey Process method involves removing the outer skin of the coffee cherry while leaving some of the mucilage behind. This process allows for a controlled fermentation that introduces lactic acid into the coffee, which enhances the flavor and gives it a creamy body.

Tasting notes include hints of chocolate, berries, and a touch of brown sugar, rounded out by subtle nuttiness.

This balance of sweetness and brightness makes Tupi an excellent choice for french press or a very smooth espresso.

The Tupi coffee varietal is a hybrid of the Mundo Novo and Caturra varietals, developed in Brazil to thrive in coffee-growing regions.
